He earned his PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois and Urbana-Champaign in the area of CAD algorithms for VLSI design. With a background in drug delivery systems and neurotherapeutics, Martin has played a pivotal role in advancing innovative solutions aimed at improving treatments for neurological disorders. He has held positions as a research scientist and project manager in Microcomputer Research Labs at Intel Corporation. He also spent five years as an assistant professor of computer engineering at Pennsylvania State University and three years as a research scientist at Lockheed’s Palo Alto Research Lab.
